Graduate development program including leadership, unconscious bias, DEIB, first aid, domestic violence training, health and safety training, coaching, mentoring

I have had so many opportunities within 2degrees, I was a part of the AWS DeepRacer event where we use AI to race cars and you can get an AWS certified certificate. I am now a first aider, a fire warden, a beginner coach and mentor to other people in the business. I have also been able to be involved in the intern and grad programs and learn skills to help me further become a leader. There have also been many self-awareness workshops like Kotahi, psychological safety and negotiation skills.

Multiple opportunities for self development, courses outside of 2degrees, mentor walks internally and externally.

There are endless training, workshop, and personal development opportunities! I have picked up coaching skills, recruitment skills, presentation skills, on top of all my day to day learning!

We were taken through wellness, coaching, and mentoring workshops / training. We also have an application called percipio where we can learn anything we need for free, with courses and tests. We are able to learn in our own time and upskill in areas we may not use in our day to day roles.

Pretty willing to help people progress
