Site Manager Volunteer (Start ASAP)

Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of designated project sites

2. Team Coordination

• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and volunteers to achieve project objectives
• Facilitate effective communication among team members

3. Problem Solving

• Address challenges and obstacles encountered during project implementation
• Implement solutions to maintain project momentum

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in construction management or recent graduate
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving
