Qualification:

Recognized course in the construction of buildings.

Ability:

• Construction sequencing and procedural planning with software in MS Project, Excel, (training can be provided)
• Site planning for execution understanding of how things are put together in a building including all trades from earthwork to interior completion (Training can be provided)
• Post contract processing of subcontractor communication, total understanding of drawing, supervision of work on-site, use of level, council inspection, and site safety (Training can be provided)
• Computer proficiency, professional communication skills
• Language skills English/ Chinese (bilingual preference)
• This role would see you working on a diverse selection of residential and commercial projects.
• This role will also provide you with the opportunity to diversify into material estimating, sourcing, and forward Planning.
