Career Prospects at Ability Action Australia

I have been told that we can progress to a senior OT and can become a team leader. I am unsure how to progress to these positions, besides having more experience.

I was informed by TL on the opportunities.

I would like to progress to TL within the next 2-3 years.

I think there is opportunities for Senior roles however not sure if there is structures in place for developing staff into those roles.

I know there is opportunity within the company but not sure when that can happen or how.

MedHealth is a large company with plenty of growth. The growth path is clear, its just about working your way up

There is a 12month graduate program and when this is successfully completed there may be some possibilities; however I am unsure

The company is in a massive growth cycle. As long as it can handle this level of growth then there will be plenty of scope for career progression moving forward.

Unsure, I have asked and not been given much information

This company is planning on expanding in the next few years, so many new job opportunities will be available

Very satisfied, this was something I discussed in my interview, and I'm excited to see what opportunities arise when I am ready for them

I think that my TL is extremely supportive of my development and supports me to take control of my career and where I want it to go.

I don't know much about the promotion possibilities at all

Again only new, however I fill there is reasonable possibilities for a promotion.

Seems achievable to move up the ranks, but I find it really hard to reach KPIs so I don't see it to be as possible for myself.
