There were lots of empty promises and lack of transparency e.g.
$1500 for PD, reality is we can access it after 12 months
Participants close to home, reality is everyone is far away
Concierge take care of admin responsibilities, realities is we are doing most admin tasks and admin will not even complete safety forms, SA's, initial intake questions
Active group chats for peer feedback and support, reality is I have not had one question answered in those group chats

I visited the clinic one day to meet the team, ask questions and look around the clinic. I also had a phone call with a team leader and a recruitment officer to ask more questions, and then I was offered the job.

Then the recruiter passed on my details to the WA leader's to review. Following a successful review, I was contacted again by the recruiter to book an online interview. Following the interview, my referees were contacted and then I was notified of my successful appointment via phone call.
