RESPONSIBILITIES
The position is responsible to achieve sales targets by distributing Creative Programs, Inc.โs channels to cable operators in the assigned areas, and to manage/fulfill client requirements for marketing and after-sales support.
- Closes sales transaction by applying different selling approaches thus ensuring that CPI-distributed channels secure a major portion of the cable systemโs programming budget.
- Achieves monthly sales quota by renewing contracts on schedule.
- Coordinates the preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities, product launches, special events given specified schedules.
- Monitors sales versus targets
- Tracks sales through sales reports from SSC and ECCMS
- Identifies opportunity areas, reasons for good or bad performance and recommends solutions
- Regularly discusses opportunities with superior
- Negotiates annual contract with client, taking into account the subscriber base and CPS that will deliver the targeted revenue and match the channelโs brand value.
II. On Effective Client Servicing
- Visits clients based on the coverage plan, addressing client requirements, queries, concerns & issues about the company and its products.
- Presents a range of products of the company and offers solutions to matters related to subscriber declarations, programming and cable service marketing that manage to satisfy both client and network perspectives.
- Advises clients on program offerings or changes in programming
- Prepares and offers programming packages
- Coordinates between client and marketing for support activities.
- Establishes effective relationships/partnerships with clients through a personalized approach (ie. PR, remembering birthdays and company anniversaries, attending to reasonable requests of clients, etc.)
- Resolves client related issues on broadcast transmission and billing/AR with the help of internal support groups.

- Identifies and analyzes programming preferences in the various service areas
- Submits a report on the target market of the brands of clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any business-related course: BS Marketing, BS Entrepreneurship, Business Management or advertising, etc.
- With at least 1-2 years of sales experience; background in any of the following: media sales, marketing, advertising
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships
- Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of current marketing trends
- Strong knowledge of program ratings methodology is a plus.
- Good organizational and project management skills are required; strong work ethic a must
- Experience with broadcast traffic systems
