Events Specialist (ABS-CBN Star Music) (Start ASAP)

REQUIREMENTS

1. Performs effective production of events and other media production content that drive revenues and sales targets. Recommends these plans to amplify brand awareness to Head, Events and Media Production.
2. Responsible for conceptualizing event themes, preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating technical aspects, generating media interest and coverage, processing payments and invoices, engaging with vendors and arranging security, and post-event reporting.
3. Implements proper execution of concert/event in accordance with the agreed upon terms in the contract. Performs the mounting of events including logistics requirements processing, coordination, communication and documentation.
4. Prepares and coordinates with Legal the documentary requirements such as contracts and agreements prior to the event.
5. Handles event expenses in the P&L for show settlements while keeping within budgetary parameters as approved and directed by Head, Events and Media Production.
6. Performs requirements of the role in compliance to company policies, guidelines and procedures.
7. Performs other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
