2022/23 Project Coordinator (Rolling Intake)

Our projects are varied and exciting.

This role is equally as varied and will cover the scope of assisting our teams in providing support for construction delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, be self-motivated, and able to work across multiple projects with little
supervision.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Maintain relevant project documentation and project folders including the maintenance of the Procore system
• Provide project support including project set-ups and collating contract documentation
• Assistance in supply chain management – issuing purchase orders, scheduling contractors, and following up on the progress
• Maintain strong relationships and act as a point of contact with existing clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Support in the putting together tenders and proposals
• Undertake general project administration support to our teams – including Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and health & safety

This role is based in our Avondale office, and hours will be flexible and negotiable for the right person.
