Pros and cons of working at ACCIONA Australia and New Zealand

Pros

  • Lots of learning and professional development opportunities.

  • The managers are really helpful with anything and everything... I’ve always felt that they look out for you as you’re a grad.

  • I love that Acciona genuinely holds sustainability so close to its core.

  • There is work flexibility and a friendly and positive work culture.

  • Supportive team, the company cares about the growth and learning of graduates.

Cons

    • The nature of the construction industry means that it is hard to achieve a work/life balance.

    • Work Loads. Long work Hours.

    • It's not the most social office environment.

    • The commute, inability to WFH more and my inability to get out to projects.

    • The graduate program feels like a complete waste of time and only takes away from me being able to complete my actual work.
