What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is on par with market rates
Graduate, Canberra - 10 Nov 2023
very generous. Never expected to be paid so much
Professional Engineer, Auckland - 10 Nov 2023
Lower compared to similar industries
Graduate, Melbourne - 10 Nov 2023
No bonuses provided. Pay is average.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
I feel like it is average, not the reason I picked the job. The professional level pay is below average.
Graduate, Perth - 09 Nov 2023
No opportunity for bonuses. Pay is standard median rates.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
Good.
Graduate, Adelaide - 09 Nov 2023
No bonuses, and not very pay under industry average
Professional, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
The pay bracket for architecture in AECOM is much higher than if I was at a smaller firm. I haven't received a bonus yet at AECOM.
Professional, Brisbane - 09 Nov 2023
Pay on par with the industry. Bonuses are allowed occasional for certain projects that allow for overtime. They support a LAFHA as well.
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Nov 2023
It is better than some companies but not as good as the others, would like a bit more, but dont we all.
Professional, Newcastle - 08 Nov 2023
It was 0.4% under CPI. I think it would of encouraged a lot of the Graduates to stay around if this increase was a bit more.
Graduate, Brisbane - 08 Nov 2023
Consultancy has a lower starting salary as a grad, but it will get better
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
No bonuses. Pay is low for the type of work done and the level we are expected to perform at. Performance isn't an indicator of pay. Discrepancies within the team at the same level, between other offices at the same level and roles.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
I think the pay is good for what I do but for some types of work I think the pay should be higher and to get more pay when working overtime or away from home
Graduate, Townsville - 08 Nov 2023
Pay and bonuses are not great
Graduate, Auckland - 08 Nov 2023
Far too structured, no longer as competitive in the industry. Takes a fair bit to push for increases and bonuses.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Reflects my contribution and what I bring to the table/team
Graduate, Perth - 08 Nov 2023
I don't think we have bonuses but the pay is okay, I believe it is below from other companies though.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 Nov 2023
Was hoping for a little more going from Grad to Prof
