Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with seller support, catalog, category teams and selling partners to audit and identify issues related to fees faced by sellers, gather relevant information and data and perform relevant deep dive. Post which you will work with them to alleviate the acute/short-term issues. You will also partner with product management teams as well to identify long-term delivery, features and programs to improve the seller experience with respect to fees on the Amazon platform.

Role and responsibilities

  • Continuous monitoring and audit of fees. Identify issues based on deep dive, perform quick corrective actions coordinating with relevant teams and identify long-term preventive actions
  • Use data analysis skills to scale and improve the accuracy of the process
  • Work with operational teams to solve seller-reported issues
  • Interact with selling partners to understand the VoS
  • Monitor and drive seller-impacting operational tickets to resolution
  • Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback to come up with seller experience improvement suggestions and work with the Product Manager for solution

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. They are looking for a program manager who shares Amazon's passion for the customer.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with Excel
