It is a difficult time for the industry as a whole but AMP particularly is struggling to provide clear messaging on where the progression internally is likely to be. There has been mixed messages from the business on this issue but it looks like some clarity will come soon.

I have had amazing opportunities and been able to set up a path to move on from the grad program. This is mostly due to the support of the grad program manager who is incredible but also the encouragement and support of my mentor through the program and my rotation managers.
