One-way video interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and project leads.

First, you had to apply. Then, if successful, there was a one-way video interview round. This was followed by being matched to an agency and an interview with the agency. There were no assessments.

Behavioral questions about data.

Do I have experience with SAS? Don't recall any of the others sorry.

Quite a standard interview. Focus on what your passions/drivers are.

Research the ministry, have some questions to ask, just the usual

To look up what the team you are interviewed with does. And to know why you are applying for the role (why public sector and data)

I recommend to ask good questions at the end of your interview and understand the business case / wider context for your work - not as a silo

Get a friend or someone you trust behind the camera to humanise the one-way interview process. Get an elevator pitch sussed.

Be genuine. Having a story to tell does help. Really be clear on why you are applying.
