The culture - it's so welcoming and allowed me as a graduate to feel equipped and supported into my role and as my first job in the real world.
Flexible working, culture and diversity, high value on wellbeing and the large scope of work you can get involved in.
My department has an amazing culture. It is really supportive and everyone genuinely wants others to do well so they are quick to offer assistance when needed

Processes can take a little while and there is more red tape around certain activities/tasks/projects than other organisations perhaps. It's a shame that the perception of AT from the outside is not reflective of the culture inside.
Sometimes the work can become repetitive
