There is a focus on sustainability in the office and also the projects that are going. There is a focus on reducing CO2 emissions with replacing diesel with hydrogen and electric buses and encouraging more active modes of transport.

There are a lot of projects in this space. One that I haven't worked on personally but loved was helping people from lower socio-economic backgrounds get safe car seats for their young children
