Management at Auckland Transport

I think it depends on the manager but I find that I can talk to my manager and the relationship is there for feedback/praise/recognition.

My direct manager is very good as he is proactive with helping me develop. I also meet with higher up management from time to time.

I am extremely satisfied with my managers. They are great mentors, not only for engineering, but also for life in general. Communication is transparent and easy.

My experience with my managers has been nothing but positive. They have always been supportive and sought to help me grow and develop professionally

The managers I have are really supported and want to see me growing and doing a rotation that I would be interested in.
