Working Hours at Auckland Transport

Very flexible, with hours and also WFH whenever required

It is very flexible. There are one or two days a week which you schedule with your manager to come into the office. The rest of the week, you can decide to come in or WFH (traffic lights levels permitting).

Since the second big lockdown it has been a lot more flexible which I think is great. It shows trust and autonomy in employees and values work/life balance which is becoming increasingly recognized. Overall flexibility depends on the team.

Since the lockdown my work has been really flexible. I would attribute this mostly to my manager / department since I have colleagues in other departments who do not find their managers as accommodating. But my manger is very open to flexibility so long as I get my hours and my work done

40hrs per week and due to covid, we have the option to work from home

Very flexible working arrangements which ironically makes me want to spend more time in the office.
