Aurecon is not just a company that says they are committed to diversity, they take active steps to ensure that diversity is an important pillar of the company. In particular, steps have been taken to reduce the gender pay gap in like-for-like positions and parental leave is a significant period, with options for if the employees partner does not have a parental leave option.
