Management at Aurecon NZ

My team leader and those above are all extremely approachable and friendly people. I can go to them for mentoring or feedback, or to discuss any issues that I might have. I have received very good feedback.

I have the best manager, she is always willing to have a chat whenever I need and helps me problem solver. I feel supported by my manager and peers and feel open enough to ask about anything.

All good managers, they are accessible and available to help whenever. They talk though and explain things well and keep us informed of decisions etc, often will thank us and recognise work or milestones with morning teas etc.

My manager has changed but the two I have had have both been great mentors both very approachable and willing to share their knowledge.

Good management - encourage us to build a diverse range of connections to get a wide range of support. Managers pretty accessible Have regular meetings with team leaders - goal setting ect. We have to request our own feedback usually which can be a little awkward as a new hire
