I would say that its been nice to see auspost acknowledge that they may of had some old school mentality and it nice to see them bring in that change. they also seem pretty good when something occurs with an employee they always cater to them.

We pride ourselves on being and supporting a diverse workforce. we have a number of programs and initiatives supporting this workforce from indigenous, linguistically diverse, part time work, lgbti etc.

Diversity rather than social mobility is prioritised in the recruitment process.

I know they do not rank university degrees and are willing to hire based on experience and attitude to learning.

There is all new action plans that they implement and also just constantly learning and bettering themselves for the better.
