There are internal initiatives to promote lgbtqia acceptance and for minority communities such as ethnic minorities, women, aboriginal and torres strait islanders, and those with disabilities and accessibility requirements. the company has a diverse makeup and diversity is celebrated. recruitment reflects this. there have also been efforts made to increase the diversity makeup of individual teams.

I would say that its been nice to see auspost acknowledge that they may of had some old school mentality and it nice to see them bring in that change. they also seem pretty good when something occurs with an employee they always cater to them.

Aus post pride themselves on being a representation of the diversity of the entire nation. there are programs and initiatives in place to support a range of traditionally under-represented groups. it isn't lip service - the diversity is really prevalent & celebrated at australia post.

We pride ourselves on being and supporting a diverse workforce. we have a number of programs and initiatives supporting this workforce from indigenous, linguistically diverse, part time work, lgbti etc.
