Fair process. I don't think the employer focuses just on intelligence, but a mix of team work abilities, and your behaviour or attitude to work and others. Interview allowed me to speak to my strong points.

Graduates undergo a fairly rigorous assessment process in order to be accepted into the graduate program. This included an initial written application, cognitive and psychometric testing, a video interview, and face-to-face assessment centre.

The grad hiring process was quite standard and quite similar to other grad programs. ASIC had an application, psychometric tests, a video interview and an assessment centre. During the assessment centre we had a group presentation, an individual writing test and an individual interview.
