The managers Ive had in the technical workforce have been amazing and have positively influenced my professional and personal growth.

Each manager Ive had, I have felt like they are engaged and interested in my professional development and goals. While having slightly different management styles, they have all been able to provide constructive feedback in an appropriate manner and have celebrated my achievements.

My managers are great mentors, they take the time to teach and share knowledge with me to improve my skills and technical ability. They have provided constructive feedback and recognised my hard work, and further supported me in working towards my career goals.
