Early Careers participants gain access to additional perks including paid leave to attend exams and participate in further studies, as well as reimbursements for course materials, external studies and membership fees for relevant professional bodies. As a Babcock intern you will have access to 12 weeks development with our team to experience what a role in our business could look like for you. This may also open opportunities for you to join our graduate programme the following year.

As an Intern, you will:

• Be in your penultimate year of study of a University degree
• Be an Australian Citizen for Australian opportunity or have appropriate work rights for a New Zealand opportunity
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Have the ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
• Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Be able to commence our program mid November 2023
