Career Prospects at Bank of New Zealand

Pretty unsatisfied. There doesn't appear to be clear pathways for progression, and often left wondering what is required to progress.

Not too sure, still learning the ropes.

Best out of any other bank.

After about 6 months of being a grad, you are ready to move into a role. And they will move you to a role at this point as it is pointless paying someone to be an extra person when they are capable of moving into a team. Grads are the head of the queue to move to an SA role. Grads don't get a lot of exposure to other parts of the bank, so moving elsewhere can be tricky but not impossible.
