The culture at BNZ is very good. Within the work and outside there is a willingness to socialize and get to know each other.

Culture is decent overall however needs to be more inclusive of those who may not subscribe to traditional events.

Socializing is easy amongst most people while at work. Those involved in the grad program were the easiest to hang out with outside of work hours.
