Decent pay but no bonuses

Pay in general appears reasonable.

Unfair that partners get bonuses that are largely based on SA's work and SA's don't get any bonuses. However, the pay in general is great. The best way to get a pay increase is to move roles.

I will always want more pay of course. There are no longer any bonuses at BNZ for workers - though of course, the executives still get bonuses, which seems mighty unfair.

6 weeks annual leave and cheap banking are great perks.

Generous leave is the biggest one, we get six weeks off every year and two weeks of sick leave. There is also cheap or free health insurance
