Is the graduate scheme the right choice for you?
Our graduate recruitment scheme is tailored for those who are working towards or have completed a university degree in their relevant field. If you are working towards or have completed a Technical Diploma (i.e. NZDE) you are better suited to our technician scheme. Vacancies for these roles will be advertised separately throughout the year.

On a rare occasion I work slightly more... it’s expected I reduce my hours the following week.
My remuneration feels low, however my understanding is that it is in line with other companies for the level of experience I have.
Senior staff do not communicate with junior employees, creating a highly hierarchical structure that limits collaboration.
Limited training opportunities that are actually valuable. Company prioritises chargeable time.
