Good variety of projects, given independence to shape your own path
My role is typically to run the numbers for different structural engineering projects. Industry is going a bit slow at the moment so work has been drying up generally but the work I am currently doing is exciting.

Are you ready to make an exciting leap into a career where you can be involved, be heard and belong? Then we have an incredible opportunity for you.
The level of the work is great, I'm given the opportunity to work on really interesting projects that challenge me.
Team is always keen to help out... everyone is pretty chill.
Flexibility in working locations and hours is a plus. Wellbeing and volunteer leave is also pretty good.
I feel as though promotions are an accurate reflection of the level of work.
On a rare occasion I work slightly more... it’s expected I reduce my hours the following week.
My remuneration feels low, however my understanding is that it is in line with other companies for the level of experience I have.
Senior staff do not communicate with junior employees, creating a highly hierarchical structure that limits collaboration.
Limited training opportunities that are actually valuable. Company prioritises chargeable time.
Office is starting to feel a little bit tired especially when compared to some of the new buildings coming up in the city.
There are unspoken expectations to work longer hours to be seen as a high achiever.
