2022 Fleet Service Technician - Matamata (Start ASAP)

We have a vacancy for an experienced Fleet Service Technician at our Matamata commercial store. This role is responsible for performing all required field work on our client's commercial fleets as per Bridgestone service levels, as well as call out and afterhours requirements. Work will be on commercial trucks, utility vehicles, heavy construction equipment, and off-road forestry vehicles. If you are a person who likes to achieve great things for your clients and has an interest in tyre work and get things done, we want to hear from you.

You should have:

• A valid full New Zealand Drivers License, with the ability to drive manual as well as auto.
• Excellent work ethic, reliable, hardworking and takes pride in work carried out
• Tyre industry experience, if possible, within fleet servicing
• Ability to work on your own or in a workshop environment
• A positive and reliable personality, and can deal with customers
• A willingness to achieve and grow within Bridgestone
• Ability to operate p/c tablet systems or working knowledge of computers
• Physical fit and able to handle lifting, moving tyres in-store and off-site
