2021 Support Manager - Masterton (Start ASAP)

An opportunity exists for a motivated Support Manager at our commercial store in Masterton.

About the role:

In this role you will assist the Store Manager in the achievement of sales and branch profitability and build on our market share of commercial business in the area. You will also have the opportunity to learn and assist in all facets of store management as well as having your own KPIs for directing sales and profitability for the forecourt.

You will be confident in providing technical advice to the forecourt while ensuring the development of lasting relationships with Bridgestone customers and staff. We are seeking a person who has enthusiasm, leadership, good work ethics and a strong focus on Health and Safety.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Truck Tyre experience
• Ability to meet key performance targets
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Exposure to managing staff
• Excellent dealing with customers
• Full and clean driver's licence.
