Our company is very open and diverse. The culture is not only embraced but talked about in sessions where we have passionate colleagues who present and open conversation allowing others to learn. We have communities which graduates are introduced to and can join as well as morning tea's and presentations based on celebration seasons throughout the year ie. Pride Month, Women@Capgemini, Men's Mental Health, NAIDOC Week.

As a company of over 3200 team members in Australia and New Zealand, we are already a truly diverse group. Our goal is to build on that diversity and continue to shape an inclusive environment in which everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to be our best. We have frequent panels that promote diversity and inclusion in the company. The recent one being - Diversity Café, A guide to Cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace where 4 of our Multicultural Mosaic community members discussed on how we can better engage with different cultures and celebrations in our workplace. We also had a Proud Parent morning tea where Proud Parent, a collection of resources to help parents, guardians, carers, and friends of Young Rainbow people understand and create safer spaces for everyone, was launched. We also celebrated a Women at Capgemini month with weekly sessions on the most important issues and topics for women at workplace, women in STEM, work life balance, and other major topics of concern.

From what I have seen, the company tries very hard to accommodate every kind of person. There are groups and sessions for those that are neurodiverse, LGBT, minorities, women, etc. I don't have knowledge of recruitment/retention/promotion, though I would assume they are the same level of quality.

Lots of ethnic minorities and women at the company. I am an ethnic minority myself and feel able to be my whole self and not be looked down upon for it which has not been my experience at other companies. It is very accepting of LGBT and we have regular company wide diversity meetings discussing the issues that the LGBT community face, ethnic minorities face, women face, parents face etc. There are internal societies at work for ethnic minorities (Multicultural society), LGBT (Outfront) and other groups like neurodiversity etc. I notice a lot of employees are out of office during school ending hours so I believe capgemini is flexible around that. I myself do not know for sure as I do not have children. I have never seen anything that makes me think that it wouldn't be flexible though.

Capgemini pushes heavily for diversity and it is reflected in our internal initiatives, social communities and general culture. Our communities do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to awareness and inclusion on these social topics and it is quite easy to get involved yourself.

Everyone is very inclusive and open-minded. Our head of diversity is a big reason for this as she puts it on the front of our culture. We are doing a lot in the diversity space. We have ERGs for women, Indigenous Australians and LGBTQI people. We are an ethnically diverse company as well, which is partly due to our international links to other Capgemini offices around the world. We have parental leave (maternity and paternity) and before COVID we used to have a few events throughout the year during school holidays for people's young children. We could do better with retaining women.

Unsure currently but we are working towards getting exceptions that will allow us to target employment opportunities to certain groups
