As an Associate Consultant at Capgemini in Melbourne, my day-to-day responsibilities involve collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data, interacting with clients to understand their needs, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to deliver data-driven solutions while ensuring data quality and compliance with regulations.

My day-to-day role is to learn and absorb information based on the projects/internal work I'm involved in. It can be quite repetitive at times but its still a learning process where I'm figuring out what I like and don't like.

I work as a data analyst and analyze clients data as per business requirements on a daily basis. I interact with clients, conduct workshops, follow up on the workshops, maintain deliverables

I work in cross-functional teams to assist with client requirements. When the project related work is not as busy, I will be studying and preparing for taking certification exams.

My day-to-day can differ depending on the projects I'm working on. More recently I will have meetings in the morning and afternoon for different projects, sessions with coworkers to discuss/manage deliverables, and meetings with clients to provide progress reports. I also partake in initiatives, trainings and masterclasses when not actively working on a project.

Meeting with clients, going to client office, develop solutions for clients. I'm given tasks that according to my ability and when ready I am challenged to go out of my comfort zone to further develop and grow my skills.

I am currently executing the responsibilities of a PMO lead, which primarily encompass resourcing, invoicing, tracking and reporting on projects.

My role as an associate consultant, specifically as a graduate, working within Capgemini Invent has unlocked a level of support that I didn't expect. We are really well taken care of and pushed to be the best version of ourselves. The amount of resources, time and effort put in to developing our skills and all-roundedness is commendable and deeply appreciated. On a day-to-day working on a client involves attending daily standups, coordinating meetings, conducting stakeholder interviews and essentially building a strong relationship with the client. On top of client work and responsibilities, contributing to internal initiatives and learning & development workshops is also apart of my day-to-day.

There is a good variety in what I do day to day - Joining meetings, stand-ups etc whether for a client, internally or initiative related - Getting deliverables ready for the client - Design work (my favourite) - Having catchups with our community members - Having catchups with my mentor - Helping other colleagues when I can

I am an Associate Consultant. Day- to-day, I attend meetings, work on excel file that compared budgeted to actual expenses as I am assisting a project manager. I also help out with the graduate newsletter, multicultural society.

I am currently a business analyst, responsible for elaborating on requirements with developers and liaising with business stakeholders.

I currently am doing a secondment into our problem solution environments. I love this role and the work that comes with it. From simple things of running the event, to more complex work of determining what the problem is and how we work with people to help them come to a solution.

I work in the project management office of my project and responsibilities include managing project finances, resourcing, writing legal documents, overall team organization, deliverable scheduling and any ad hoc questions/requests that may arise from the business.

As a new Capgemini employee, my responsibilities are limited to assisting projects, taking meeting minutes, running internal projects etc

My day to day is constantly changing, challenging and I've been able to grow a lot.
