What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is very structured and should probably better take into account market value of capabilities
Graduate, Melbourne - 14 Sep 2023
I appreciate my current salary, but I do have concerns about its alignment with the current inflation rate in Australia. I would welcome discussions with my company about potential adjustments or bonuses based on performance and market conditions.

Being a graduate, the pay is substantial but could always be better.

Its a good package for a starting salary
Midlevel, Sydney - 12 Sep 2023
The pay is quite good, especially compared to other opportunities. It is not the highest-paying opportunity available, but after one year at the company you receive an immediate pay-rise and of course it will increase from there. Overall I am satisfied with the amount.

Well from the other job offers I received their salaries were more competitive. But salary was not the main factor in me choosing a job.

Pay could be better at the graduate and consultant level but I do note that this comes with the industry. There was no sign on bonus however, I believe there is a cash bonus at the end of the grad program.

Currently waiting on a payrise, I think the graduate salary is good. I'm unsure how much more the promotion to consultant will be though.
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2021
A little low for the difficult of work.
Midlevel, Adelaide - 01 Mar 2021
No bonuses for grads or con level. Pay is reasonable though of course I would like more as most will. I do a reasonable amount of overtime so I guess I would like to be rewarded/compensated for that.
Midlevel, Sydney - 01 Mar 2021
The increments are small
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2021
