Your rotations
Our structured Graduate Program will starts in February 2025 and runs up to two years. The program includes rotations across a wide range of cross-functional delivery teams to develop your skills and set you up for career success. These rotations will be tailored to your personal career goals and maximise your opportunity for growth.

Your development & experience
From day one, you’ll be doing real work that adds value to our customers while receiving both technical and foundational-skills training. Grow yourself and gain an in-depth understanding of the current banking market while you get meaningful, on-the-job experience.

You’ll have studied Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Networking and Security, Software Development, Software Engineering or Website Development.

If this sounds like you, and you’re - 

• An Australian/NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application;
• In your final year of your overall university degree or TAFE qualification, or have completed your final subjects within the last 24 months; and
• Achieving at least a credit average across your overall degree;
