My last manager made comments about how the men shouldnt take as much paternity leave because they are men, and questioned them asking what the team would think if they took that much time off. he would make this comment to multiple of the expecting parents. This is just one person though, ive noticed everyone else being very respectful to one another.

It's hard to comment on diversity with respect to minority groups I'm not a part of (LGBT/ethnic minorities), however I will say that it is that the company diveristy is the largest out of any I've worked before. They have a generous maternity leave package and childcare facilities at the Sydney office but would be nice if these perks were extended to other offices in Australia.
