My manager is great, he gives me lots of opportunities to develop and grow. He always checks in on me with workload and we have a great level of communication (especially since he is interstate). I feel like my work is always acknowledged by him.

The supervision that I received from my managers had always been excellent. I was always guided through tasks that I had to complete and given regular feedback on my performance. At no point did I hesitate to ask any questions that I had because my supervisors and team members were always approachable. There was always an open door policy followed at CSC.
