Working Hours at Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC)

My manager is very flexible with what hours we work as long as your work gets done.

As a graduate I have flex time which has been great. It has allowed for a lot of flexibility as I adjust to working in an office and a new city. Management is very supportive and don't push for overtime.

We have flex so when we over work we can get that time back by taking time off. Work is very flexible under this arrangement.

CSC does have a flexible work policy. I come into the office 4 days a week around 9-5, however this can vary during peak periods. I also work from home once a week so it's a good balance.

The working hours are the normal hours you'd expect - and CSC is flexible when it comes to hours. If you work additional hours on a particular day then you can take that time off in lieu at another time.

I usually work around 7.5-8 hour per day (excluding lunch) but this fluctuates based on how busy a bid is. The company is very flexible, you just need to ensure that you meet your responsibilities and the contracted hours per week.

Company is extremely flexible...I work long hours though...normally 70+ (this is my choice)

CSC employees are committed to work for 37.5 hours. CSC provides flexible working hours (this may vary or depend on the nature of projects).

7.5 per day

I'm contracted to do 37.5 hours every week. Hours are really flexible at CSC including working from home arrangements.

We have the flexibility to start and finish at our own pace. We can even work from home. The company expects all employees to be professional about it.

CSC has very reasonable work hours. There were times where I was able to leave slightly earlier or I had to stay back a little later, however on average the hours that I would work on equated to be the standard number of hours.

Work hours are very good. I’m happy to stay back when I need to get task completed, which is recognised and rewarded with the flexibility of being able to work from home on occasions.
