Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Excellent company culture in and out of the office. Great collaboration between and within our different teams. Awesome social events such as shared lunches, team-outings, graduate activities, and work functions.

The people are so friendly, kind, approachable and supportive with learning and development. The executives within the company you'll see around the office quite often and regularly engage in 'watercooler chat' as well as taking the team out for a drink and joining us in the bi-annual team day events.

The culture is very Authentic and Welcoming, both in and outside of office hours. I have found myself as a graduate in meetings and bumping into our CEO, CFO and heads of different business areas a lot. Everyone has time for you, no matter the question or how busy they are.

Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. "There are no stupid questions" culture - people will put in a lot of effort to answer our questions and making sure that we understand them. People from top management talk and encourage graduates.

In office: Great, range of personalities and characters, everyone gets along. Decently well structured working order/hierarchy but no one leans on their position to get things done. After hours: Great, social and collaborative to those keen on it.

Culture is great. No one is micro-managing you so it's very trust based which I enjoy. Lots of team projects/work and asking questions and getting other people to review your work is encouraged. I've found it somewhat difficult to socialise with other colleagues outside of the other graduates. I've felt it's probably the age gap though.

Everyone is friendly and happy to help. In the office, it's easy to smile at people and strike up conversation. Hierarchical structures are somewhat blurred, and teamwork across the business is good and often encouraged.

People are friendly and social. Social business desk or stuff quiz most days within wider department. Not much after hours culture - unless someone is leaving or joining the business. Regional offices have a more social culture as more people work in person - set desks and teams etc. so easier to chat to people.

Really value well-being and work-life balance

People have great respect for one another, especially the leadership team. There seems to be no hierarchy as the leaders work on the same level as any other employees. Employees are encouraged to work in a setup that works for them whether on-site or from home.

Inside and outside of work, everyone is approachable and helpful. We celebrate project milestones, and personal milestones together. We also have functions organized by diligent staff that promote team building and provide a fun way to spend some time with work mates.

The culture is great, it provides the capacity to grow in both work and personal life aspects. This is just from a two weeks experience.

The culture at Contact is really great. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and there is a nice social culture to balance out work. The teams in our office seem to work well together and cooperate effectively with each other.

Very flat structure easily able to ask a few questions to C-suite if you run into them. Social aspect depends on which team you are on.

Last year the training priority was or two of our gen techs so I have not got much attention and training. This year is getting better as I have more opportunities to be involved in project at Hydro/Geo.
