We have multiple networks, women's, pride , maori & pasifika and many more networks. There is a very good benefit for primary carer (6 months flexible working, childcare koha, 3 months free energy and many more).

There's a pasifika network, women's network and LGBTIQA+ network. There are often fundraisers to support issues relating those 3 communities as well. You can also see the diversity in gender, and race just coming into the office.

Somewhat diverse, as in people of different backgrounds work here at Hydro (American, Australian, British, Scottish, Irish, Indian, Pacific). Not sure about LGBT but based on attitudes I think people would be accepting of them. Women who work here are awesome, but we do not have a large number of them in terms of overall workforce percentages.

The part of the business that Im in is incredibly diverse especially for engineering. The company is one of the first to get things such as the rainbow tick is very focused on wellbeing and has probably the best parental leave system in the country
