Managers in the company are great because they put so much emphasis on your professional development.

My manager is super supportive and approachable. We've put together a solid development plan and have regular catch up's to provide feedback on how I'm tracking.

My managers are very supportive and I can find them with a flick of a text. They showed me very good leadership skills which I aim to be one day; they trust us fully with any task given to us - and will check in with us if we needed help (especially the graduates). They are generous with praise and recognition, will provide constructive criticism to help improve us. Knows what motivates the team to work better.

Busy managers, but when I catch them they always have a minute to talk, discuss next steps. It does sometimes involve suggesting other contacts which is usually great as it gives direction. Good mentors, I just have to guide my learning path.

Managers all have different styles but as a whole they are very supportive and understanding. Sometimes they are difficult to get a hold of as they can be very busy.

Most of the managers are really good. Very approachable and typically have a good handle on you and you development as well as pastoral care aspects.
