Competitive pay to industry.

A bit too early to tell as I haven't been with the company for long but I'm fairly satisfied with my starting rate as a graduate.

Pay is very volatile between each year. With each new year, pay is jumping up, but means existing members are getting relatively less as we are paid about the same

There is no bonuses in the company. However, the pay is higher than other companies overall? Pay rise once a year depending on yearly performance - haven't receive mine so can't comment.

Bonuses don't really exist as far as I'm aware. Pay okay, they help with relocation costs and working from home.

I'm satisfied with the pay I will receive when I start my new job that I applied for after the grad program. I'm unsure if the pay would've been similar had I accepted the role I would've gotten after completing the grad program.

Pay is standard for graduate positions, and compensation is reviewed annually on the basis of performance reviews.

Pay rate is fair, and I believe is based on average NZ values.

Pay for graduates are good and progression and short term incentives depend on your performance.

Pay is reasonable at the graduate level. I was fortunate to receive a bonus for a particular project that I was involved in.

As living cost and inflation is growing a pay rise is helpful for my current situation.

The pay as a graduate is not competitive compared to other graduate roles at companies in the same industry. However future pay will be good.

I am able to travel between sites, and have gone to multiple career expos where they cover costs of everything. Cards always happens at smoko and lunch, team building days are also a bonus. I rarely bring lunch in, there is always soup or other food.

35% of power is unique and great. Everything else I've seen at most other companies.
