There is no bonuses in the company. However, the pay is higher than other companies overall? Pay rise once a year depending on yearly performance - haven't receive mine so can't comment.

Bonuses don't really exist as far as I'm aware. Pay okay, they help with relocation costs and working from home.

I'm satisfied with the pay I will receive when I start my new job that I applied for after the grad program. I'm unsure if the pay would've been similar had I accepted the role I would've gotten after completing the grad program.

I am able to travel between sites, and have gone to multiple career expos where they cover costs of everything. Cards always happens at smoko and lunch, team building days are also a bonus. I rarely bring lunch in, there is always soup or other food.

There are no perks that I am aware of apart from a Christmas food basket which includes a packet of biscuits, chocolate, chutney, and last year we had a cooler bag which was good.
