The ability to use Uber to travel between office locations and/or customer locations is fantastic, and easy to use. We don't have to worry about reimbursements, we just hop in and go.
Otherwise Employee benefits in general are very reasonable, and I can't argue with the free drinks on a Friday!

Private health insurance is nice, I haven't had to use it yet though.
Having a work laptop and cell phone is also nice, less a perk more a role requirement.
Having allocated parking in town has been useful too.
