About the role

Reporting to the People & Culture Change Manager, this role is responsible for supporting organisational change projects across the business. You'll help put together statistics on progress, presentations and research best practice to investigate options to maximise efficiency and impact.

You be exposed to a broad range of People initiatives, plus the opportunity to learn heaps and grow your skillset. You'll also be supported by great people, you're not on your own!

What you'll bring

We're looking for a recent graduate who is keen to kick-start their career with HR, so ideally you'll have completed a degree in human resources or psychology. You'll have a passion for working and supporting people and have strong communication skills.
