Can be better. Maybe better organized and planned, specific to the roll the person is taking.

A wealth of books and free online resources are made available to us, and everyone is always willing to help when you have questions. One thing I do wish however, is that I was challenged more at work. There is often a steady stream of tasks to do but they can often get repetitive, and I may go for a time without a new challenge/problem.

The company has a Percipio learning account with specific pathways set-up for each role type. They also have a 2-week onboarding programme for graduates. I have picked up the terminology used in a technology environment.

Internal self-directed online training is useful.

There are good opportunities available, but I haven't had much direction or incentive to train. beyond my current role.
