Our programme
We designed the HGP to grow future leaders through an 18-month accelerated career development programme. Made up of four “assignments”, the programme will give you exposure to the inner workings of our Supply Chain team who are the largest part of our business and the “engine room” who manage all aspects of production including brewing, quality control, packaging, warehousing, logistics and customer service.
With a comprehensive induction plan, extensive functional learning and mentoring from one of our senior leaders, you’ll move through the programme with a clear curriculum and meaningful projects designed to grow your capability and prepare you for a career with HEINEKEN. Then, at the end of the programme, you’ll “land” in a permanent middle management position at DB where you’ll get to apply all that you’ve learned.
