Our Technology, Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team, is at the forefront of technology and innovation to help our clients imagine their business, solve the most complex business and technology problems and help them accelerate their transformational journey.
We are currently hiring graduate levels for the following areas of expertise:
Never expect a boring day in our Tech, Strategy & Transformation team. Every project is different and exciting as you gain experience across a range of. Supported with comprehensive training, our tech advisors have a strong foundation in technology and tools that allow us to radically improve and transform the way our clients work and make an impact in their markets.
Consulting will see you spending a lot of your time out of the office working alongside our clients, so if you're a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with clients to deliver innovative and outstanding service then we want to hear from you!
As a Graduate, you can expect to be a core part of a project team working with a client to analyse their organisation and make recommendations for change. We will support you to develop your logical thinking and problem solving skills and to build your understanding of New Zealand’s business and public sector environments.

Assist managers/partners with tax and business advisory. Compile reports, tax returns, and financial statements
Consultant in tax and business advisory. Preparing both annual and monthly financial management reports for large maori trusts, farming operatives and other entities.
Helping with various tasks within audit enagement: documenting, liasing with client, testing accounting records

The work can be tough and mundane as that is just the nature of the job. It has been hard as the interview process did not feel completely honest about what the day-to-day of the job actually entailed. Further, we are expected to do a lot of study outside of work for the first 5 months as part of a compulsory diploma all first year graduates have to do.
Organisational structure can be cumbersome/confusing.
Tight deadlines or turnaround... make it hard to plan out workflow sometimes.
A healthy work-life balance can sometimes not be encouraged by all.
