Pros
Lots of opportunities/resources and the amount of learning opportunities and changing work.
The team are amazing and been very welcoming, and graduates cohort is inclusive and inspiring.
Very Flexible. I am able to leave early if required and not feel guilty.
Exceptional facilities, showers, towel service, standing desks.
There is a definitive journey within Deloitte. It is highly structured.
Cons
Timesheet and unitlisation.
The work can be tough and mundane as that is just the nature of the job. It has been hard as the interview process did not feel completely honest about what the day-to-day of the job actually entailed. Further, we are expected to do a lot of study outside of work for the first 5 months as part of a compulsory diploma all first year graduates have to do.
Organisational structure can be cumbersome/confusing.
Tight deadlines or turnaround... make it hard to plan out workflow sometimes.
A healthy work-life balance can sometimes not be encouraged by all.
