Your role
Deloitte NZ's team of expert consultants are constantly curious and excited about improving how organisations operate. They use leading tools, methodologies, and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking to design best-practice solutions to address their clients’ most complex challenges. Their team often collaborate with other consulting disciplines to drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Cons
Timesheet and unitlisation.
The work can be tough and mundane as that is just the nature of the job. It has been hard as the interview process did not feel completely honest about what the day-to-day of the job actually entailed. Further, we are expected to do a lot of study outside of work for the first 5 months as part of a compulsory diploma all first year graduates have to do.
Organisational structure can be cumbersome/confusing.
Tight deadlines or turnaround... make it hard to plan out workflow sometimes.
A healthy work-life balance can sometimes not be encouraged by all.
