As graduate we do not have much to do with csr initiatives, but we get to see the work that others do and are proud to be in a firm which has developed such an emphasis.

Although there are internal initiatives run such as clean up day, volunteer leave etc., There seems to be a lack of helping clients to step into this space. Gap needs to be bridged between internal and external csr development.

I have worked on some projects for social responsibility for clients which were interesting such as reducing carbon footprint etc.

The company does pro-bono work for community organisations/not-for-profits. There are some ongoing initiatives such as teaching financial skills in less privileged schools. However most initiatives readily accessible to staff are one-off days such as tree planting days, which seems superficial to me.
