Really like and am happy with my teams manager, haven't had much to do with others

Personally, my manager is awesome however there are definitely people in my office who do not feel the same. Luck of the draw, and how different people interconnect with each other.

Good points: the managers are easy to approach, friendly to improve: can sometimes get caught in the work they are doing, too busy to give the juniors work. Can be ambiguous when giving directions as well

Career coaches are amazing, the island manager is amazing, project manager is amazing. Communication with the partner is difficult because they aren't in the same city.

Very dependent on the manager, some are amazing very helpful and allow you to learn from your mistakes. Others are not very approachable and it makes doing jobs for them harder.

The manager(s) and partners in my team are awesome! I have regular catchups (around once per month) with my manager and every 7 weeks with the partner. They give me feedback on my progress which is helpful. I also receive praise from the senior analyst/ manager when I deserve it which is nice.

Managers are really good. They make good mentors, are very good at giving feedback and giving verbal recognition.
